Elvis Montero completed his BS in software engineering at INTEC (Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo) in 2005. He traveled to Rochester, NY in 2007 to pursue his masters degree in Information Technology, with concentrations in Software Development and Technology Management. While completing the required course work, Elvis functioned as a web programmer for Residence Life, and as a tech writer for RIT's student magazine Reporter.
Elvis is now a Software Development Lead for a local company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His focus is software development in all its forms and manifestations.
