Center Hosts Finnish Delegation

One of the missions of the RIT Printing Industry Center is to create a forum for printing companies and associations worldwide for the dissemination of knowledge that can be trusted by the industry, to share ideas, and to build the partnerships needed to sustain growth and profitability in a rapidly changing market.

On Wednesday, February 18, 2004 the RIT Printing Industry Center had the opportunity to host a group of delegates from Finland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss trends in media in the United States, and share perspectives about the future of the media sector.

This meeting proved successful for both parties by providing them the opportunity to compare and contrast the advancements in various media technologies in Europe and the United States.

In addition to RIT the Finnish delegation visited Columbia University and MIT.
